Our extensive experience and innovative approach to design has produced an unrivalled range of proven double decks. We offer a variety of different designs to suit your load configuration, from hydraulic direct drive shown below to chain systems with a hydraulic ram in the roof to reduce load intrusion. Available for straight and stepframe trailers.

A fixed full length second deck can in most cases double your carrying capacity, for example a straight frame curtainsider could carry up to 52 UK pallets (1200 x 1000) instead of 26. Typical features include internal tail-lifts or a pillar lift to the rear. Fixed decks are available for both straight and step-frame trailers.
