Wherever possible we ensure that the materials we use to manufacture are environmentally sustainable.

Reducing our carbon footprint is something we all must now consider as a part of combating climate change.

Our range of composite and aluminium panels are light weight to reduce fuel consumption and increase payload and are fully recyclable.

Continuous Investment

We continue to invest in new production processes an example of this is our low VOC paint system.

This unique system provides a massive reduction in the VOC emissions and is both chromate and isocyanate free.

The system boasts a true water borne primer with a VOC of 33 grams per litre (legislation requires the VOC of under 540 grams) and a top coat made from organic raw materials with a VOC content of 290 grams per litre.

The result of using this new system means that we are able to reduce the VOC emissions during the painting of a trailer chassis by a substantial 55%.
