Roll on Contact System

The Contact System is operated by many customers. We can manufacture new Roll on Contact System demounts, to interchange with your existing fleet.

Roll on Contact Demount Procedure

1. Using the control in the cab raise air suspension.

2. Release the anti luce fastener & pull the rear legs out and drop telescopic section ensuring the leg lock is engaged.

3. Undo twist locks and disconnect all suzies.

4. Using the air suspension control in the cab, completely lower suspension.

5. If fitted with a tail lift lower taillift to gain clearance to pull from under demount container.

6. Slowly drive out from under chassis approximately 2/3 of the way and raise the suspension.

7. Release the anti luce fastener & pull the front legs out and swing down to vertical position section ensuring the leg lock is engaged.

8. Lower the air suspension.

9. Slowly drive the chassis from under the demount container.

10. The vehicle is then ready to drive away.
