Royal Mail Safety Concept

Royal Mail has been working with us to develop this prototype 'Safety Concept Vehicle' - which has 30 additional safety features compared to a standard truck and trailer.

These safety features include a Lane Change Departure Warning System, Proximity Sensors and Ground Level Coupling Device.

Royal Mail will be trialling the vehicle across the UK over the coming months to evaluate the benefits of these safety features before having the most beneficial fitted to any new vehicles.
