Safeside

At Cartwright we pride ourselves on staying one step ahead, whether it be in trailer design or the adapting to meet future legislation requirements.

The Safeside is a curtainsider designed to meet the legislative requirements of BS EN 12641 and BS EN 12642 XL standard.

The design comprises of:

A curtain incorporating a high impact material, this provides rigidity and security however it still permits the curtain to be opened in a conventional way, with the addition of our special tandem roller.

Twin sliding posts are fitted each side which support the roof and provide a further load securing enhancement due to their wide surface area.

The final feature is two per side integral longitudinal straps that run the full length of the curtain.
